On May 25th, 2021, New Delhi Restaurant joined with nine other Indian and Asian restaurants to help raise funds for Covid relief in India. The event was organized by the American India Foundation. 50% of the profits from the evening will be donated. The money is going towards ventilators, oxygen, vaccination storage and other critical supplies. It was a great evening teaming up with fellow chefs for a great cause. Read the full coverage here.
