Celebrity Dining Experience - Anthony Hopkins
On a visit to New Delhi Restaurant, Oscar winning actor Anthony Hopkins was keen to try a dish featuring fish and coconut. To satisfy his dining pleasure, Chef Ranjan Dey created a special dish with mint, cilantro, coconut and salmon. Come enjoy this dish exactly the way Anthony Hopkins enjoyed it. Appetizer:
Harra Keebab – savory green vegetable cakes with cumin and ajwain
Main Dish:
Goan Kofta with Salmon – A Spinach Kofta with mushroom, soya bits cooked in a mint-cilantro-coconut gravy with Salmon pieces
Accompanied by:
Paneer Tikka Masala – paneer cooked in tomato cream sauce, flavored with crushed fenugreek leaves
Yellow Dal – yellow lentils seasoned with garlic, cumin and cilantro
Lucknowi Pullao – Saffron flavored Basmati Rice
Nan Bread – leavened soft bread made with flour dough and cooked in the oven

Celebrity Dining Experience - Bill Clinton
When Bill Clinton visited New Delhi Restaurant to meet community influencers, he told Chef Ranjan Dey that his favorite dish was Chicken Tikka Masala, but he would like it a little different. Chef Ranjan Dey prepared and served Pepper Chicken with Paneer. This dish has the same mouth feel and texture as Chicken Tikka Masala, but is a wonderful twist on a classic recipe.

Alu Chat Croustade – tasty potato garbanzo mash in a tamarind bath
Main Dish:
Pepper Paneer Chicken – creamy coconut chicken and paneer in onion gravy with black pepper, curry leaves and whole mustard
Accompanied by:
Black Lentils – harmoniously combined with tomatoes and ginger, simmered overnight on a very slow fire
Sag Paneer – spinach cooked with home-made soft cheese, seasoned with garlic
Lucknowi Pullao – Saffron flavored Basmati Rice

Celebrity Dining Experience - Steve Jobs
Steve Jobs visited New Delhi Restaurant during an Apple product launch at the nearby Moscone Center. As a vegetarian, he wanted to try a healthy and light dish, with a signature twist from Chef Ranjan Dey. This inspired the creation of a flavor-fullest delicacy featuring garbanzo and green peas. Normally, this is served with lamb, but Chef Ranjan Dey created a vegetarian version specifically for this discerning diner.

Chili Cheese Pakora – spiced paneer and green chili fritters
Main Dish:
Mattar Channa Lamb Ghungani – Fragrant garbanzo, green peas and lamb simmered with delicate spices cooked Benarasi style

Dum Maro Dum Alu – a psychedelic taste sensation with purple poppy seeds and panch phoran
