How to Eat Indian Style: An Intimate Foodie Event

Get in touch with your senses and learn to eat the Indian way! (Hint: it involves bread and rice.)

This casual social training workshop will be led by long-time San Francisco chef Ranjan Dey – star of the documentary series My India with Ranjan Dey. (myindiashow.com) The event will be both a class and networking opportunity in enjoying Indian food the way it has been done in India for over 5000 years. There will also be information about the diverse dining styles found in the different regions of India.

Ranjan is famous for always being ready for a party. This will be a wonderful social gathering where you will be able to meet and network with other Bay Area foodies.

Ticket price includes food tasting and a glass of wine. 10% of all sales will be donated to Compassionate Chefs Cafe. (www.compassionatechefs.org)
