Another amazing Indian wedding catering by New Delhi Restaurant at Hans Fahden Vineyard for a mixed couple from the Philippines and India. I created a new dish for their celebration called Dobo Chicken Masala to celebrate the richness and coming together of both their cultures. Creating custom dishes is one of my favorite things to do and I really enjoyed this opportunity to celebrate two very unique backgrounds in a delicious way!
