Partial buy-outs are available for the bar and semi-private sections for parties of 25 to 60 guests.

Banquet Facilities

Banquet Facilities: We are located in a historic San Francisco building constructed in 1914 in the grand style of Louis XVI. The skillful transformation of a former hotel ballroom includes Remillard brick walls and original antique floor tiles imported from Florence, Italy, and makes you feel as if you are dining in a Maharajah’s private banquet room. The restaurant has handsomely carved high ceilings supported by numerous columns, which are richly ornamented. White starched table cloth adorns the banquet tables that are laid out with expensive silvers and handcrafted metal plates. Imagine Maharajah and his royal guests being attended by courteous and discreet attendants wearing traditional Kashmiri costumes and soothing Indian music playing in the background to top it all. Our restaurant can seat up to 150 guests for buy-out events. We can accommodate up to 225 guests for standing cocktail receptions. Partial buy-outs are also available for semi-private sections for parties of 25 to 60 guests.

Since 1988, New Delhi Restaurant has been host to many significant weddings and events held in San Francisco. We specialize in both on-site and off-site catering. We have exclusive relationships with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel, Fairmont Hotel, Westin St Francis Hotel and St. Regis Hotel and working relationship with many downtown hotels. We specialize in regional Indian Cuisine from Punjab, Kashmir, Goa, Bengal, Hyderabad and Gujrat and have detailed knowledge of planning different religious wedding menus.
